This press release was issued by Revolut.
Revolut, the global financial leader serving more than 80 million retail customers and 850,000 business customers worldwide, today announced plans for a new Singapore office at Collyer Quay Centre. The move underscores Revolut’s long-term commitment to the market, as it celebrates seven years since launching in Singapore. It also forms part of Revolut’s plans to invest nearly S$350 million in Singapore over the next five years, spanning product innovation, business growth and the expansion of its local workforce.
A new home in the heart of Singapore’s financial district
The company has signed a five-year lease for approximately 8,880 sq ft of office space on the 9th floor of Collyer Quay Centre and the new office is scheduled to open in early 2027.
Located along Collyer Quay, the new office will place Revolut at the heart of Singapore’s financial district, providing a central base to deepen relationships with customers, businesses and partners while supporting the company’s continued growth in the market. The new space will support Revolut’s growing Singapore team as the company scales its local workforce to more than 300 employees over the next three years. Revolut nearly doubled its Singapore workforce in 2025, with headcount increasing by more than 95% year-on-year, and is hiring for roles across engineering, product, data and AI.
Designed as a flexible space, the office will support collaboration, team gatherings, customer and partner engagement, and events, while maintaining flexibility in how and where employees work. Revolut’s presence will extend beyond the office itself, with two Revolut logos prominently displayed on the building’s facade — one facing Marina Bay and the other facing the Esplanade — giving the company a distinctive presence in SIngapore’s iconic skyline.
Nearly S$350 million to accelerate growth and innovation
The new office forms part of Revolut’s broader commitment to invest nearly S$350 million in Singapore over the next five years, spanning product innovation, business growth and the expansion of its local workforce.
The investment reflects Revolut’s confidence in Singapore following its second consecutive year of net profitability in the market in 2025, alongside strong growth across its business.
The commitment will support continued investment in Revolut’s products, technology and people in Singapore, as the company enters its next phase of growth. Singapore will also continue to serve as an important base for Revolut’s expansion across Southeast Asia, supporting the development of products, partnerships and local expertise as the company grows its presence across the region.
From travel product to everyday financial platform
Since launching in Singapore in 2019, Revolut has evolved from a product best known for travel into a broader financial platform for everyday spending and financial management.
In 2025, domestic transaction volumes grew by more than 30% year-on-year, with domestic transactions now accounting for nearly half of total activity. Peer-to-peer payment volumes increased by close to 40%, while both the number and volume of virtual card payments grew by more than 55%. Meanwhile, the number of customers using Wealth & Trading increased by close to 55%.
Revolut continues to expand its offering in Singapore, with recent developments including the launch of Ultra, enhanced paid plans with new partner benefits from brands including foodpanda and OpenAI, and expanded multi-currency capabilities including CNY and VND.
Together, these developments reflect the company’s evolution from a travel-focused product into an increasingly comprehensive platform for everyday financial needs.
Building a platform for ambitious businesses
Revolut’s growth in Singapore extends beyond its retail offering. Its business customer base grew fivefold in 2025, reflecting increasing demand from companies looking for more integrated ways to manage payments, cash and day-to-day financial operations.
Globally, Revolut Business has surpassed US$1 billion in annualised revenue, reflecting the scale of its B2B offering. In Singapore, Revolut Business continues to see robust growth. Over the past year (Aug 2025 vs Aug 2026), deposit balances and transfer volumes each increased threefold, while card payment volumes increased tenfold.
Over the past year, Revolut has expanded its Business offering in Singapore with launches including Flexible Cash Funds and a full suite of merchant acquiring solutions, bringing account-to-account, online and in-person payments together within a core business account.
These capabilities give businesses a more integrated way to manage their finances, from making and receiving payments to managing cash and accessing financial tools within a single platform.
