Altios conducted a market study for Dynacast in Vietnam for an all-rounded understanding of local business conduct, followed by an implementation plan. Altios then helped Dynacast to incorporate a subsidiary and shortlisted sites for their new factory, then brought the team for site visits in Vietnam. With the help of Altios’ local country manager, Dynacast was able to overcome the language barrier during discussions and enjoyed hassle-free coordination.

A Singaporean-based waste management and fertiliser company appointed ALTIOS for an international development strategy to identify possible areas of development overseas and for a partner search in the identified countries.

ALTIOS delivered a clear overview of the internal capacity to assess and identify the largest potential markets for the companies' products. Australia, Mexico, and France were identified as the target markets and ALTIOS then helped finding strategic partners in the key markets.
