Tapping on the city state’s strong manufacturing and R&D capabilities, it produces cutting-edge civil large engines for key customers such as Singapore Airlines and Emirates. It has also forged joint ventures with local partners like Singapore Airlines Engineering Company to repair and overhaul aircraft engines.

Fan Blade Singapore (FBSG) is Rolls-Royce’s leading manufacturing facility producing high-specification precision hollow titanium Wide Chord fan blades for Rolls-Royce Trent engines.
- Cutting-edge R&D operations
Rolls-Royce’s Central Technology Group (CTG) develops advanced technologies to support core business areas. It focuses on four key fields of research: materials; computational engineering; electrical power and control systems; and manufacturing technology.
- Regional Customer Service Centre (CSC)
In February 2015, Rolls-Royce opened its first Regional CSC in the world in Singapore, and today is a part of a global network of CSCs. The Centre supports all airline customers across the Asia Pacific region.
